Kris Puthucode
PRESIDENT & CEO

Kris Puthucode has 25+ years of experience in the software industry. He has been working over the past several years with a diversity of companies including Fortune 500's, Big Five Consulting Firms, Blue Chips and prominent outsourcing suppliers in all areas of software and systems engineering, quality and process management.
 
Founder of SQC since 2001, today Kris works as a Consultant with 60+ companies including the U.S. Department of Defense contractors & multi-national commercial organizations through the entire business lifecycle including BD and Sales Consulting, and effective "Winning" strategies on the front end, to software and systems engineering delivery excellence through systematic and predictable process improvement.
 
Kris has also performed several Software-CMM®, and CMMI® training, consulting and appraisal projects. In addition, Kris consults on several industry standards like ITIL (ISO 20000), ISO 27001 Information Security Audits, CoBIT®, ISO 9001, ISO 14000, DO-178B, Six Sigma, Automotive SPICE® (ISO 15504) and similar models. Kris is a qualified Six Sigma Master black belt.
 
Kris's wide job-experiences include companies like GTE (now Verizon), Coopers and Lybrand LLP., (now PWC) and BBN Technologies.
 
Kris's certifications include CMMI Institute Certified High Maturity Lead Appraiser, CMMI Instructor, Certified Appraiser and Instructor for the BD-CMM, Certified SPICE (ISO 15504) Assessor, and qualified Six Sigma Master Blackbelt.
 
Kris holds Computer Science Engineering degree, and Management and Executive education from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Gary Norausky has 30+ years of global experience applying computer-oriented solutions to scientific, engineering, and business problems.

Mr. Norausky is experienced in performing process improvement services in major industries (aerospace, telecommunications, insurance, finance, defense and federal agencies), various organizational sizes

(large and small), and distinct product types (embedded systems, application and system software, mission critical, and IRAD).

Mr. Norausky has extensive experience in multisite integrations, design and deployment of world class quality, configuration, calibration and continuous improvement programs within highly regulated industries.  

More than fifteen years of experience as an SEI/CMMI INSTITUTE Lead Appraiser.

Paul Mcmahon
Sr. Consulting Partner

Paul E. McMahon helps large and small organizations as they improve their development and management processes and move toward increased agility and process maturity. Paul provides project management, strategic thinking, and software development coaching services utilizing recognized current industry best practices (Agile Project Management, PMBOK, CMMI-Dev, CMMI-DEV, ITIL, and Lean Six Sigma).
 
He has assisted multiple clients (as an independent contractor) over the past fifteen years in achieving advanced certifications levels and he coaches project managers facing many of the common challenges seen today on complex development efforts. Often the efforts where Paul's services are called upon include large complex projects involving multiple contractors spread across multiple development locations. He also has helped a number of smaller organizations (50-150 people, some newly acquired divisions of larger organizations) as they improve their project management and process maturity.
 
Paul is a Certified Scrum Master and is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Prior to his independent work Paul acquired twenty-four years of experience as a software developer, project manager and internal company coach and mentor working for Link Simulation and Lockheed Martin. He has taught Software Engineering at Binghamton University, State University of New York; conducted workshops on Engineering Process and Management, and published more than 40 articles on software and systems development and management, including several in CrossTalk, The Journal of Defense Software Engineering.
 
Paul is the author of two books, Integrating CMMI and Agile Development: Case Studies and Proven Techniques for Faster Performance Improvement (August, 2010) and a book on collaborative development, Virtual Project Management: Software Solutions for Today and the Future (CRC Press, 2000).
 
Paul is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, including the Systems and Software Technology Conference. His past clients include Raytheon, L3 Communications, BAE, Alion Science and Technology, Northrop-Grumman, and the Department of the U.S. Navy. Paul holds a BA degree, Magna Cum Laude, in mathematics from the University of Scranton, and an MA degree in mathematics from Binghamton University. He is also currently on the leadership team of an international initiative to refound software engineering founded by Ivar Jacobson, Bertrand Meyer and Richard Soley (www.semat.org).
 
Paul has been a member of the CROSSTALK Editorial Review Board since 2004 and continues to serve on the board in 2012.

He has experience in Business improvement frameworks like EFQM, Establishing Product Realization Process, Architecting Business Process Improvements, Software development methodologies like V model, Agile (SCRUM) and Critical Chain Project Management.

Lakshmi Menon

Lakshmi has over 16 years of experience in the Information Technology industry with a wide range of skills in the area of quality, especially in CMM and CMMI with a proven record of accomplishments. She has been employed in companies in the capacities of SQA, Auditor, Senior Auditor, SEPG Lead and ATM. She has achieved the CMM and CMMI Level 5 appraisals for the organizations she worked. She has been involved in project management, defining and maintaining the Quality Management System, implementing the processes and training the people on quality.

Lakshmi has good experience in Software development. She worked on DOS, UNIX and Windows 95, 98 and NT platforms. Area of work was Software Modification, Renovation, Testing and Re-Engineering.

T.S. Saravanan

Saravanan has 20+ years of experience in driving PMO, IT service and delivery excellence at multiple organizations. As a consultant, he worked for clients such as Honeywell, CRIF, Marlabs, Flipkart, Emirates IT, in quality assurance, risk and process governance. As a lean engineering professional, he delivered process reengineering projects using methodologies such as (3M, 6S, 8W, VSM, Kanban). As six-sigma master black belt he delivered multiple improvement projects to achieve the desired CTQ. As a coach he has driven the organization to achieve delivery excellence through agile transformation initiatives using models such as SCRUM and XP. He hand-hold clients by providing insights in decision making using data science (analytics and mining). As a consultant, trainer, and internal auditor he supported organizations to achieve management systems certification for QMS, ISMS, ITSMS, BCMS, PIMS/GDPR. As a manager he worked for multinational organizations and established software quality improvements by leading teams to successfully achieve CMMI L5 for development and services. He has worked for integration of multiple frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT to achieve overall IT governance. He has been a CMMI ATM, certified as a CSM (Scrum Master), CSPO (Product Owner), ITIL v3, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 lead Auditor, ISO 20000, ISO 22301 & ISO 27701 Implementer.
