Presentation Summary: Project failures within even high-maturity organizations can often be attributed to short-comings that trace to poor pre-contract solution architectures. The Capability Maturity Model for Business Development (BD-CMM) applies best practices for pre-contract solution development that are fully aligned with CMMI and address both contractor and customer risk.
