PRESIDENT AND CEO

Kris Puthucode has 16+ years of experience in the software industry. He has been working over the past several years with a diversity of companies including Fortune 500's, Big Five Consulting Firms, Blue Chips and prominent outsourcing suppliers in all areas of software and systems engineering, quality and process management.

Kris started his early career as a software engineer writing compilers and Operating System utilities at Center for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), an autonomous society under the Department of Electronics, Government of India, and then moved on to the IT Quality and process area. He has been working most of his career so far in the United States.

Today Kris works as a the Chief Executive of SQC, and Consultant with 50+ companies including the Defense & commercial organizations through the entire business lifecyle including Proposal consulting, Proposal writing, and effective "Winning" strategies on the front end, to software and systems engineering delivery excellence through systematic and predictable process improvement.

Kris has also performed several Software-CMM, and CMMI training, consulting and appraisal projects. In addition Kris consults on several industry standards like ITIL (ISO 20000), ISO 27001 Information Security Audits, CoBIT, ISO 9001, ISO 14000, DO-178B, Six Sigma, Automotive SPICE® (ISO 15504)and similar models. Kris is a qualified Six Sigma Master blackbelt.

Kris's wide experiences include companies like GTE (now Verizon), Coopers and Lybrand LLP., (now PWC) and BBN Technologies.

Kris's certifications include SEI- Certified High Maturity Lead Appraiser, CMMI Instructor, Shipley certified for Winning Proposals Training, Certified Appraiser and Instructor for the BD-CMM, Certified SPICE (ISO 15504) Assessor, and qualified Six Sigma Master Blackbelt.

SAHANA KRIS
DIRECTOR

Sahana has many years of experience in the electronics and systems integration industry. She has been instrumental in Dana Spicer Corporation's subsidiary in India, which was the recipient of the Malcolm Balridge Award for the year 2000. Sahana efficiently directs Office Administration, Finance and Customer Management.

Sahana is qualified with a Degree in Electronics & Communications in India, several QA certifications and an additional Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources from UK.

PETER E.CLARK

SEI Authorized Lead Appraiser
Peter has an experience span of above thirty in the Management, Design, Implementation, and Testing of software projects with additional experience in the management of a SW Quality Engineering department. Extensive experience in managing the ISO 9000 and SEI CMM work provides him with a strong background for performing software process assessments and leading software process improvement activities.

RICHARD J. DESJARDINS

Richard has an experience of over twenty-two years in all aspects of Software Engineering. He has been a manager of a various software development groups including an operating system department of more than 50 engineers and managers. He also is a leading authority in the ISO 9001 standards, the Software Engineering Institute's Capability Maturity Model, and other models for software quality. Richard is also an IRCA certified provisional auditor for the ISO 9000 series, and a trained analyst for SPR's Checkpoint methodology and DCG's Predictor assessment techniques.

Richard has been the creator and teacher of numerous courses including:

• Introduction to the Software Engineering Institute's Capability

• Work Product Inspections and many more

Richard was the first individual in the world to compare the ISO 9001 and the SEI's CMM model; he also published a paper in that respect. He has also been a Presenter at number of quality conferences including the First International Conference on ISO 9000, the SEI's 6th and 7th Annual National SEPG Meeting, ASM' 96 and '97, IFPUG and STAR' 98.

MUNAVER SHERIF

Munaver Sherif, (Sherif) is based in Dallas, TX and comes with 15+ years of experience in Leadership, Project management, Quality Assurance & Management, and implementing methodologies and processes. He is well seasoned in Software Development, Management, Project Estimation, performing gap and end user analysis in context of business and functional requirement documents and industry best practices/standards. He has spearheaded software quality assurance, process improvement and automated test tool implementations. Experienced in Project management and SQA methodologies such as RUP, CMMI, SDLC (Software Development life Cycle and Agile.) and Six Sigma.

Some of the companies he has worked in the past include Siemens Automation and Energy, Allstate Insurance /CitiGroup/HIP experience. Sherif has a BS in Computer Science, MBA in Project Management, MBA in Healthcare Management.

DAVID J. MAURO

David is a Senior Software Engineer and Manager with extensive experience in software development, testing, requirements engineering, process engineering and quality assurance, in both management and technical roles. He possesses a proven ability to develop strong and highly productive teams while drawing on strong software architecture, design, process and implementation skills and a clear understanding of process architecture and development.

In over twenty years of software development, David has developed and managed projects which involved real-time, large-scale HMI (human machine interface) software applications that were targeted for the industrial process monitoring and control marketplace, as well as intranet web design and development for project management and document asset library management.

Having successfully led several process improvement projects, ranging from common best practices to SEI CMMI-based development and deployment, together with his extensive experience in all aspects of software development, ideally positions David for a wide variety of software process improvement activities.

David holds a Masters degree in Computing Science from Simon Fraser University, and a Masters degree in Mathematics from the University of British Columbia.

JOSELYN CAPISTRANO

Joselyn has conducted several CMM baseline Assessments and CMM Based Assessment for Software Process Improvements (CBA-IPI) for customers globally. She is one of the few lead assessors and manages our Asia Pac projects. She has over 14 years of software engineering experience in Project Management, Software Development, Software Process Improvement and Software Quality Management.

Joselyn has managed crucial positions as Software Quality Head, Regional Project Head, CMM Assessment Manager and Senior Project Manager for organizations including Headstrong, ABN-AMRO, NCR, and Citibank.

She has successfully led and instituted major process improvement procedure at NCR Software Corporation and Citibank for Level 2 & 3 initiatives, and is working with various clients like Uniserv Systems International, Mustang Technologies Co. Ltd, Cyberj Resources Inc., Infinite Computer Solutions India, and SPI Technologies Inc. to achieve higher maturity levels. She has also conducted several public and in-house workshops on Introduction to CMM and CMM Advanced Workshops, Software Testing and Software Quality Assurance.

She has managed several international software engineering projects in the US, Japan, HongKong, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Korea, Guam, Germany, Scotland, Copenhagen and India
